*It is not allowed to bring devices that could cause a fire, so please rent an optional BBQ gas grill.
*You can add breakfast and dinner with a separate option.

THE FOREST opperates a free drink service plan of draft beer, whisky and sours from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m.as well as a variety of soft drinks.
The free drink service that makes BBQ MENU even better has gotten a lot of favorable reputations.

Time: Soft drink "Lobby open ~ 9:00p.m." Alcohol "3:00 p.m. ~ 9:00 p.m."
Cost: Free for those with dinner. For those without dinner, soft drinks are free but alcohols cost 1,300 yen. (Please let us know on the day of your arrival.)
*An additional fee will be charged for wine.

Ken Hasebe who won The National Championship of Wine Advisor selected Koshu wine, many of which are masterpieces. Please enjoy the wine only Yamanashi could offer to you.

・White Wine

Aruga Branca Clareza (Katsunuma Winery) It is a popular old-established winery and aims for the world from Katsunuma. This dry and fruity wine makes beginners and even lovers of wine say, "It's delicious!"
Rubaiyat Koshu Sur Lie (Marufuji Winery) If you like wine, this old-established winery can be your most favorite one. One of the attractions of the wine is that it has a very fresh and deep taste. This excellent and dry wine got gold medals at several competitions.
Kurambon Barrel Koshu (Kurambon Wine) The elite winery in Katsunuma has been producing wine with a focus on excellence. The dry wine smells very fresh like Kabosu and grapefruits, and the taste of white peppers and vanilla from the barrel gently spreads in your mouth.

・Red Wine

Ikeda Vin Rouge (Ikeda Winery) The winery in Katsunuma is known to those in the know. The fruity smell of blueberries and raspberries leaves an impression.
Tannin gently wraps up the comfortable fruity and acidic taste. (Mediam-bodied)
Lorient Yamanashi Muscat Bailey A (Shirayuri Winery) The popularity of the winery has been rising. The charming smell makes you imagine raspberries and it is very impressive.
You can enjoy fresh and comfortable tannin. (Light-bodied)
Kizan Family Reserve (Kizan Winery) "You can never go wrong with this!" It is a hidden famous winery in Enzan City. All the wines they produce are limited edition ones.
The fruity smell of black currants and blackberries is comfortable, and the taste of fruity aroma, acidity and astringency is well-balanced. (Medium-bodied)

  • ・In 2017, he took up his position as a wine concierge of JR East Japan "TRAIN SUITE Shiki-shima."
  • ・In 2018, he was appointed as a director of Japan Sommelier Association.
