    About reservation and use

  • What time is the check-in and check-out?
    Check-in: 3 p.m. Check-out: 10 a.m.
  • Is it available for a day trip?
    We’re afraid it is not available for now.
  • Is there a cancellation fee?
    30 days to 8 days prior: 50% of the room charge
    7 days to the day of arrival: 100% of the room charge
    No-show or no-show without notice: 100% of the room charge
    However, in the event of a typhoon warning issued by the Japan Meteorological Agency on the day of your stay at THE FOREST or at your address indicated at the time of reservation, cancellation fees will be waived.
    *Even if the number of domes is reduced due to a change in the number of guests, the stipulated cancellation fee will be charged.
    (e.g.) Reservations for 2 rooms for 4 persons are changed to 1 room for 2 persons, etc.
  • Is it possible to pay by credit card?
    Yes, it is.
  • Is there a shuttle bus service?
    Yes. There is a free shuttle service.
    (Please consult us via email or phone if you want to take a shuttle bus from Tsurushi Station on the Fujikyu Railway or Chuo Expressway Tsuru.)

  • Is it possible to use the facility with my pet?
    There is a room called Forest Room with a dog park (4 beds), and you can stay with your dog in this room only.
  • Is it possible to stay at THE FOREST alone?
    In general, it is available from 2 people. Please consult us via phone.

  • What amenities do you have?
    Set of towels (bath towel and hand towel), shampoo, body wash, hair conditioner, toothbrush, pajamas, cotton swab, cotton, razor, brush, makeup remover, toner, milky lotion, etc…

  • What cooking tools do you have?
    Cutting board, kitchen knife, kitchen scissors, can opener, wine opener, etc…
  • Do you have tableware?
    Yes. We have paper plates and paper cups.
  • What kind of condiments do you have?
    Salt and pepper, olive oil, ketchup, soy sauce, Korean barbeque sauce, etc…
  • Is it possible to do a BBQ and eat meals even if it’s rainy?
    Yes. When the wind is strong, we might ask you to move to the administration building, do a BBQ and eat meals in there.
  • Do you have Wi-Fi?
    Yes. It is available in each tent.
  • Do you have an air conditioner?
    Yes. It is equipped in each tent.
  • Do you have a TV?
    We are afraid we don’t have a TV.
  • Do you have an outlet?
    Yes. It is available in each tent.
  • Do you have a shower room and bathroom?
    Yes. In the administration building, there are shower rooms and bathrooms. There are 7 shower rooms and they are available in each room.

    • About meals

  • Until when is it possible to order meals?
    It is possible until 3 days before the day.
  • Is it possible to buy ingredients at the administration building?
    We are afraid we don’t sell them there.
  • Is it possible to bring ingredients and beverages myself?
    Yes. Even if you choose a plan with meals, you can bring additional ingredients to cook by yourself. No fee will be charged for that.
  • Is it possible to bring a bonfire table and stove?
    No. We are afraid it is not allowed to bring devices that could cause a fire.
  • Is it possible to order only breakfast?
    Yes. After choosing the Sudomari plan, please choose Breakfast from the meal’s options.
  • I have a food allergy. Is it possible for you to cook something different that I can eat?
    No. We are afraid we cannot do that.

  • Is there a convenience store and supermarket in the neighborhood?
    Yes. Cainz Supermarket Tsuru is approximately 10 mins away and Daily Yamazaki Tsuru Bypass is approximately 5 mins away by car.
  • Is it possible to do fireworks?
    Yes. It is possible to do sparklers at a private firepit at each spot.
    *Please refrain from doing skyrocket fireworks and an injection type of fireworks.
  • Until what time do you have a campfire?
    You can enjoy it until 10 p.m. in each room.
  • About lost items
    It is possible to send your lost belongings as cash on arrival. We can store them for 2 weeks, After that, we are afraid we have to dispose of them.
